The ASTM B725 specified Nickel-Cobalt Alloys Welded Pipe has been designed with the intention of being used in applications such as in general corrosive service and for mechanical applications as well. Each Nickel Alloy Thin Wall Pipe needs to either be welded and annealed or the Nickel Bush Hex Pipe should be welded and stress relieved. These Nickel-Cobalt Alloys Pipe must be made from the flat rolled alloys with the help of an automatic welding process.

The welding operation performed on the pipe by Nickel Steel Pipe suppliers is to be done without the addition or use of any filler metal. The Nickel Thick Wall Pipe must also be cold worked, as specified by the ASTM B725 standard.  Cold working the Nickel Custom Pipe after welding operations is performed by nickel pipe suppliers in order to ensure the development of optimum corrosion resistance in the alloy. This is a mandate or an important requirement for the Nickel Welded Pipe, especially in the weld area as well as in the base metal during the final heat treatment.
