The following tests shall be performed on the Alloy Titanium Custom Pipe including tension tests, flattening test , bend test, and hydrostatic test. Another point to note is that the titanium exhaust pipe for sale can be supplied in any of the following conditions i.e. annealed or aged condition, cold worked and stress relieved condition or annealed condition, transformed beta condition and finally, solution treated or solution treated, followed by aged condition. 

Ti Alloy Welded Pipe is lightweight, strong, corrosion resistant material.  Titanium and Ti Alloy Seamless Pipe possess tensile strength which falls between a range of about 30,000 psi to 200,000 psi. The tensile strength of a Titanium Welded Pipe tends to be equivalent to those strengths, which are found in most grades of alloy steels. The density of a Titanium ® Pipe is only 56 percent that of steel. While the corrosion resistance property of ASME SB337 Welded Titanium Pipe can be compared, to that of metal platinum.

When exposed to air, and in the presence of surface oxygen, Titanium EFW Pipe forms a  very thin, conductive oxide surface film. This thin film formed on the Titanium pipe is referred to a passivated oxide layer, which in turn protects the ASTM B337 Titanium seamless pipe. Additionally, this layer present on the titanium alloy drill pipe also has the advantage of having a hard, smooth surface, which then limits adhesions of foreign materials on the titanium alloy pipe.
